1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Credit Score Check & AI Report (Package Name: com.score.checkcreditscorereportwithai).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the application and uninstall it from your device immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Aarav Sharma ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Intellectual Property & License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the application on an Android device owned or controlled by you, exclusively for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
All content, source code, visual designs, icons, algorithms, diagnostic calculators, quiz material, and dispute templates contained in the application are the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
3. Government Non-Affiliation & Financial Disclaimer

Credit Score Check & AI Report is an independent, privately owned software application. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected in any manner with any government agency, public department, central bank (such as the Federal Reserve, Reserve Bank of India, etc.), or governmental authority. This application does NOT provide official government documents, government certificates, or official government-sanctioned credit scores.
🚫 NO LENDING SERVICES — NOT A MONEY LENDER OR NBFC
This application is NOT a lender, bank, or loan broker. We do not issue, underwrite, originate, or disburse loans, mortgages, or lines of credit, nor do we collect loan application fees or facilitate loan approvals. All tools including the EMI calculator, loan vs. SIP comparison, and balance transfer analyzer are offline mathematical simulation utilities.
CRITICAL FINANCIAL NOTICE — EDUCATIONAL SIMULATOR ONLY (NOT A CREDIT BUREAU)
Credit Score Check & AI Report is NOT a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or corresponding international credit legislation. The application does not directly issue official credit scores, nor does it conduct hard credit pulls against Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, CRIF High Mark, or CIBIL.
All score estimates, simulator metrics, EMI calculations, prepayment comparisons, balance transfer projections, and score factor insights are purely mathematical simulations and educational estimates based strictly on the numerical data entered by the user.
- No Financial Advice: Content provided within the app does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or professional credit repair counsel.
- Independent Verification: You are strongly advised to consult certified financial advisors, accredited credit counselors, or your bank for professional financial decisions.
- Dispute Letter Templates: Letter templates provided for credit bureau disputes or identity theft reporting are generic frameworks provided for self-service convenience only. You are solely responsible for verifying the factual accuracy and legality of any letters you send to lenders or reporting agencies.
4. User Inputs & Responsibilities
Because all simulation data, financial profiles, and dispute records are processed locally on your Android device:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any numbers or information entered into the application.
- You are responsible for backing up or preserving any custom dispute drafts or EMI notes created inside the app before clearing device storage or uninstalling.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree that you will NOT:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
- Modify, adapt, enhance, translate, or create derivative works based upon the application.
- Bypass, disable, or tamper with any advertising systems, security mechanisms, or rewarded ad unlocks provided in the app.
- Use any automated bot, spider, scraper, or automated script to interact with or monitor the application.
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
6. Third-Party Services & Advertising
The application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and partner ad networks (including Meta Audience Network). By using the application, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Advertisements may appear as banner ads, native display units, full-screen interstitials, or opt-in rewarded video formats.
- We do not control the content or claims of third-party advertisements. Clicking an ad redirects you outside the app to a third-party webpage or app store entry governed by the advertiser's own terms and privacy policy.
- We may offer temporary ad-free passes ("VIP Pass") enabled by watching voluntary rewarded video ads. Such passes provide temporary relief from ads within the application and do not represent permanent or paid service tiers.
7. Internet Connection & Data Usage
Certain features—including dynamic remote configuration updates, ad loading, and crash logging—require an active internet connection. You acknowledge that your cellular carrier's standard data rates, roaming fees, and terms apply when accessing the internet through mobile data. The Developer is not responsible for any mobile carrier charges incurred during app usage.
8. Application Updates & Modifications
The Developer reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or calculation model within the application at any time without prior notice. To ensure optimal performance and security on newer Android releases (e.g., Android 15 and 16), users are encouraged to maintain the latest version available on Google Play.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
- THE RESULTS OR ESTIMATES OBTAINED FROM THE APP WILL GUARANTEE LOAN APPROVALS, SCORE IMPROVEMENT, OR DISPUTE SUCCESS WITH ANY CREDIT BUREAU OR CREDITOR.
- ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS IN SOFTWARE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER (AARAV SHARMA) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION;
- ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS, LOAN AGREEMENTS, OR CREDIT ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON THE APP'S SIMULATIONS OR DISPUTE TEMPLATES;
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DEVICE DATA;
- ACTIONS OR INACTIONS OF ANY CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY, LENDER, OR ADVERTISING NETWORK.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to, use of, or misuse of the application, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or the Developer. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the application from your device. The Developer may terminate or suspend your license to use the application immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will be published on our website and will take effect upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of the application following the posting of any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law & Contact Information
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Developer's operating jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
